The pump casing, which is shown with wear rings and impellers assembily was received for repair on April 11,1987.
in 38 working days, it was rebuilt and crated for shipping . the avability for a new , complete unit was 46 weeks.
Upon completion of repair, the charge for this casing was approximately 56% less than the cost of replacement,

The above INGERSOLL-RAND 16 AFV Bronze Rotating Element was believed to be un-repairabile do to the Severe wear, damage
and cavitation. Delivery time for a new unit was 25 weeks and was no longer available in bronze. this unit was received for
repair on January 22, 1995 . it was completey rebuilt back to original size, shape and contour with new sleeves and shaft
assembly. unit was delivered on March 30 , 1995 at a cost savings of 53% .

this LANE & BOWLER deep well pump Bowl Assmbly was received for repair on March 20, 1985. Availability for replacement
units was approximately 17 months. we took a sample of the material and had it analyzed and within 48 hours began rebuilding
these units. there were completed and returned to our customer on May 15, 1985.
